Today is the first day of the rest of your life...

Sounds stupid, right? Many of us have heard this quote before, and like many of you, I laughed at it the moment I heard it. But just recently I realized that there may actually be some truth to it.

When you accept this as truth, you let go of your past; bad habits, past mistakes, etc... No longer are you tied down by the days of old. You don't have to look at things the same way. You don't have to do what you've always done because you've always done it.
